Appointment bookings are preferred; however, we will do our best to accommodate walk-in patients based on our availability on the day. Although we accept email enquiries, we prefer patients to contact the practice by phone to make appointments. Emails are monitored within a 24-hour period, so calling the practice is the best option for prompt appointment assistance.

Clayfield Family Clinic does not currently provide home visit services. Patients who are unable to attend the practice should contact our reception team on 07 3266 1515 to discuss appropriate alternative care options. Where clinically appropriate, patients may be referred to an after-hours Hello Home Doctor service 13 41 00 or a nearby urgent care service. In an emergency, please call 000. Our clinical team will determine the most appropriate alternative care option based on the patient’s individual circumstances and clinical needs.

All standard appointments can be booked online or by phone. Non-standard appointments, including long appointments, Mental Health Plans, Care Plans, Immunisations and procedures can only be booked by phone. Please contact our reception team on 07 3266 1515 to arrange an appointment.

Unable to attend the practice in person? We offer telephone and video consultations for eligible patients when clinically appropriate. To access Medicare-funded GP telehealth services, you generally must have had a face-to-face consultation at our practice within the past 12 months, unless an exemption applies. Please contact our reception team to check your eligibility and book an appointment.
